Glenard Additions

Glenard is a rural property located 15 minutes from Launceston, featuring a century old weatherboard cottage and boasting expansive views over the countryside. The owners were looking to create a peaceful, modern rural retreat with nods to the to the history of the rural setting. This entailed preserving and restoring the original cottage with the addition of a contemporary extension. The design has evolved to the addition of two ‘wings’, one celebrating open plan entertaining, the other incorporating spaces to rest and work. We look forward to this exciting project progressing into the construction phase!
