JAWS Architects’ Mako Modular system was the perfect fit for the owners of this Bonnet Hill home. The modular design was chosen for its’ environmental advantages and also ensured that their bush block and stunning uninterrupted water views were capitalised upon.

The house has water views from each room, and from two decks, one a low sheltered deck on the north side offering protection from the southerly winds and affording views right through the lounge to the water, and a more exposed one on the southern side.

The added advantages for the owners was that they were confident even before the home was built that the mako system would provide a cost effective , quality controlled outcome, and would come in on budget.
