Quality Management
Jaws Architects has its own Quality System, written by the directors specifically for the practice, it places weight on those areas which the directors were aware would benefit from more rigorous procedures.

Tasmanian Government Projects
Jaws Architects Quality System complies with the requirements of the Department of Treasury and Finance Second Party Certification for Building and Construction projects and the practice is pre-qualified for undertaking projects over $25,000,000.

Building Act
Scott Verdouw, David Button and Neal Mackintosh are registered as Building Practitioners for the company in accordance with the Building Act (Tas).
 

Insurance
Jaws Architects holds an appropriate level of insurance cover relating to Professional Indemnity, Public Liability and Workers Compensation.
Particulars of these policies are available to clients upon request.

Registration
All Directors and Associates of Jaws Architects are registered as Architects in Tasmania. Neal Mackintosh is also registered as an Architect in Victoria.

Australian Institute of Architects
Jaws Architects is an A+ member of the Australian Institute of Architects.

We will destroy personal information where it is no longer required (except where required to be kept in compliance with the Archives Act 1983). We will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is accurate, complete and up to date whenever we disclose or use it.
